Never again. We ordered at 18:15 and they said it would take about an hour. In the end, it finally arrived after almost 2 1/2 hours. So 1 1/2 hours later than was announced. After several calls it was only said that the next car would come, but that took forever. Because the delivery woman was so nice, we got one of 6 pizzas for free. After all, it was hot and tasted okay. We would not order there again.

Waiting 45 minutes for a pizza is tough, but unfortunately it wasn't good either.

The shop deserves 0 stars! Save the money and order elsewhere. - Complaints over the phone are accepted with disinterest. (Seems to be a few) There was no apology from Pizza Box. - The call came from the boss with an annoyed "Yes?" accepted. - Riders absolutely unfriendly - this is also often criticized by other customers. - The pizza was absolutely underground. The sides were burned, generally the pizza was completely dried out. The tomato sauce was not recognizable. In the end, half the pizza ended up in the trash.

The dough from the pizza is really unbelievably bad, incomprehensible to sell it at all. Do not advise anyone to order a pizza!

The service is mega bad. We wanted to deliver flyers there and have saved our number. They said they would call us when we could carry out and they had never called. We had deposited our number 2 times.

I've known the pizza box for years. So far we have always had a delicious meal there at a good price. Now the surprise: the order was accepted with a delivery time of 30-45 minutes. After 75 minutes we asked where our food was. Here the first statement regarding the delivery time was corrected to 60 minutes and "colleague is on the move" added. We mentioned the delivery address 5 times and still we were misunderstood. After almost 2 hours we had our pizza. Mostly burned, the pizza pulled pork completely inedible and the special request "Hawaii without mushrooms" (because my husband can't take it) was simply ignored. Honestly: 23 euros for the garbage can. I have rarely had such bad pizza. I can only advise against eating here. 1Star only exists because fewer are not possible. One can only hope that a capable tenant will be found again. So it is only a matter of time before it closes.

Delicious pizza with fresh ingredients, abundant and a nice and funny boss. Highly Recommended!

Delicious and on request I got a pizza half gyros, half tuna. Here is the pizza really well occupied. Very friendly service. ??

We got pizza delivered. The delivery time was just under 2h. The Calzone Nutella was not edible. It was burned and the dough was so hard that it was not possible to cook it in (see picture below). When we called to complain, the gentleman told us on the phone that he had already told his boss that the Calzone must be taken out of the program. "We can not handle the sweet dough". At the Serrano Pizza, the rocket was baked in the oven under the cheese and was therefore completely withered (picture). In addition, all extra ingredients were forgotten. The gentleman has confirmed that on the phone too. We were then promised a refund at the front desk from the hotel to deposit. Of course, that never happened. One should make a big bow around this shop.

I ate carbonara. Nothing special. Cream, ham and green peas. Yup. With green peas.
